Today a young man named Q came out to do the first official monthly Follow up and spray and he was so nice and polite. If I have any issues at all with Orkin, it’s the billing department because they just cannot get it right and when I tried to call a few weeks ago, I got a girl on the phone who I won’t mention her name, but was not the most polite person I’ve dealt with that Orkin and then again I get the mail this past week and there’s another bill for services that they haven’t done yet because they were still trying to live up to the guarantee and get rid of my bugs so today was again, the first official follow up and this was prepaid, but I’m sure I’m going to get another bill. Rob and Nick made sure The bedbugs were gone and I 99.9% believe they are gone for good. Without Rob and Nick I don’t know what I would’ve done and I cannot say enough good about them. I know they are both in management positions, but I sure hope somebody above them can recognize them for an amazing job that they are doing."

It makes me wanna just continue with another company for my monthly service because it’s really frustrating and every person that says it won’t happen again apparently lies.
