I am in my second year with them. They charge a flat fee and I pay them yearly. I recall one time I had an infested basement. It was infested with rodents. Mice, rats and everything. They came and took care of it for me. However, they were not supposed to bill me for coming and getting the rodents, but, they did anyway. I really do not have another company to compare them to. If I ever find somebody better, I will not go back, but, for now, I guess I'll keep them around."
