"We noticed a mice around our property. Called Orkin and they had someone come over in less than 12 hours for an assessment and extermination set up. We had Johnathon Walk into our house and he.was.phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He knew what he was talking about and was very patient in answering all questions. He went above and beyond to even orient us for next steps. I am 100% positive this situation is going to be resolved! We really rally Liked Johnathon. After that I spoke to Samantha at the East berlin location and she was amazing to set up our follow up appointment. This team is very prompt and thorough!!! Highly recommend them"
