"THE COMMUNICATION WITH SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT WAS NOT GOOD. THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR WORK WAS FINE AND EFFECTIVE. IT TOOK US THREE TRIES TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AT A TIME THAT WE WERE ACTUALLY HOME. THEY JUST LEFT A NOTE SAYING THAT THEY CAME."
