• "Service was great. She got rid of all the hornets nest. There were 15 of them. Yikes! Unfortunately, their customer service is not so great. I started service and a week later found they offer a discount for new service so I called to see if I could get a credit but because I didn't mention it at the time I setup the new service they wouldn't give me a credit. They literally told me I couldn't take a coupon into a store to get the discount after I bought an item, which is incorrect because I can and have many times. They need to shop in better stores and maybe I should reconsider my service with Orkin. It's not like I'm asking for a credit on service started a month ago it was like a week and a half ago. Geez! Update: Steve the owner, personally called me to understand the situation. He was so nice and sincere about making me, the customer, happy. He gave me a credit on my account to use towards a future service. I hope all Orkin franchise owners are as nice, understand and as helpful as he is. He has renewed my faith in customer service and may now try my luck with Orkin for my house in Florida. Thank you so much!"
