I had 3 different inspectors come out and give estimates and while Orkin was the most expensive of the 3 (which is why I give 4 ☆ instead of 5) the inspector was extremely thorough and very nice. The crew that came out to spray was the same. Super nice people, on time and very helpful. 3 weeks later the inspector and the branch manager came out to re-evaluate and do a final inspection. As with the other companies, there is a 1 year warranty and it transfers to our new buyers incase they have any problems in the near future.
