While they offered financing options, this price felt excessive, especially after paying $300 for the initial visit and $60 monthly for ongoing inspections. Unfortunately, this pricing is beyond what I was expecting or willing to pay, so I plan to seek other estimates. That said, Carl's professionalism and quality service stood out, and I am comfortable having him manage the ongoing inspections for my situation. While I would recommend this company for smaller jobs, I cannot recommend them for larger, high-cost projects based on my experience."
