"The Orkin team from Bartonville, IL, servicing Peoria, just left our house after spending several hours on our roof, in our attic and crawl space, to provide pest exclusion services. Ryan Flanigan, our Orkin inspector, was instrumental in identifying vulnerabilities on our roof where unwanted pests could enter. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, visited our home twice to set up the exclusion and pest control services we need. We genuinely appreciate Ryan and his exclusion team: Danny, Xavier and Austin, and the pest control technician, Jacob. They worked together to ensure pests no longer have a way of entering our home. "I have used the services of Orkin Pest Control.  My daughter is dating an Indian man and he brought bed bugs in my house. They were fine.  The first was not so good so I had to have a second guy come back again and it cost me another $1200 bucks.  I threw away all my beds and stuff that were brand new just because I don?t want to take chances.   The first guy bragged about himself a lot, how great he was with his region.  Then a friend of mine called the guy who always comes to his house, so the second guy did a really good job and was thorough.  But since it was within the time limit, I didn?t have to pay again.  "

"They haven't solved my problem but it wasn't from the lack of not trying. I don't know if they guarantee they will kill my bugs or not. The guy is really nice when he comes out but the problem hasn't been solved. He is a friendly guy and seems like he knows what he is doing but the problem is still there. I really didn't shop around for pricing. They were quite responsive and pretty professional. I don't know if I would recommend them. Depending on how they handle my current problems will decide if I will continue using them."
