"The service tech was very good. He deserves 5 stars. He was thorough and polite. I am fairly pleased with the results, as well. However, the scheduling could be improved. Out of 4 visits, I think 3 had to be rescheduled. The first time they were running far behind schedule. The second time someone came unannounced/unscheduled (while i was traveling). The final time was due to bad weather and road conditions."
