"I had a wasp nest on the ceiling of my porch and a wasp nest in the left upper corner of the garage door. I called Orkin and the representative was totally professional, explained everything about the treatment to me and scheduled the appointment for service at my convenience. The service person arrived within the scheduled time frame, and had actually texted me 1/2 hour before arrival, when he was leaving the previous appointment an coming to my home. The service person examined my home and identified the areas that needed treatment. He explained why he was going to do and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and neat, cleaning up the debris when he knocked down the wasp nest in the trash bag I gave him. As he promised, he called me when the service was complete (a job of about 15 min) and explained that no wasps ha escaped and none were flying around. Orkin really shows that they value their customers and provide excellent service."
