"Extremely well!!!I was concerned because of the hot and humid weather and was expecting problems in the near future. To begin, I am well educated in entomology and pest control. I felt that I would need a "professional" to evaluate my home. A truly professional came, Victor, and did a fine job. I actually did not have a problem nor do I expect one in the near future. In the past I signed contracts with Terminex for a few years and .found them worthless. If I ever need any form of pest or insect control or eradication in the future I would not hesitate to call this company. I can recommend them to your without any reservation."

"They were excellent. I live in a town house and they were always good. I don’t know why they stopped using them. I guess they tried to save money. They were pretty competitive with their prices but when somebody knows somebody they recommend their friend instead and their friend was not even good. They were punctual, they were friendly, and they were knowledgeable. They were good. I had no complaints. Last time our facility used them was a year ago and since then we have not had service anywhere near what they gave us. They were very professional. I will use them again."

"At first, they seemed extremely professional and thorough team. Came on time and proceeded to inspect the entire house. Soon after a Technician arrived and discussed the issues found so he could finish the job. Worth every penny because the plan will include 7 more visits throughout the year for prevention. Very pleased with the entire team during the first visit. HOWEVER, the follow up has been poor. I was emailed a proposal for treatment of my issue with no details, just price, and the "PRO" has not gotten back to me with an explanation of service. This part, NOT ACCEPTABLE!"
