Joseph returned today and confirmed that there appear to be no active mice in the home but still went about replacing the traps and spraying my basement to try to lessen the amount of crickets and spiders, based on the amount he saw trapped in the glue traps. Joseph is always so professional and detailed in his approach, giving me explanations on why things happen and what to look for. He is one of the main reasons I am staying with Orkin as I don’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need, nor was I spoken down to as some service people tend to do when they encounter an older woman.
