He arrived within the scheduled time frame and went above and beyond expectations. Jeremy identified the types of pests present by examining droppings, which was very informative. Impressively, he even caught a rat snake in my basement and safely relocated it without causing any harm to the snake. Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided."

"We are happy with the technicians that have come out to service the house but really unhappy about the people in charge. When you sign a contract for an amount and you get billed for a different amount not getting the discount you sign for is not my way of doing business. I’ve called the Lawton office 3 to 4 times trying to get this resolved and still haven’t been able to talk to the person in charge he passed it off to the receptionist. Not happy"
