"When life gives you problems, it nice to know there are companys out there that are customer friendly. Heard sounds in my attic this morning early, able to phone Orkin then. The lady was so helpful and nice, explained everything we were doing and what would be done, in the very happy-go-lucky tone... made me feel so comfrontable. The service man called, I knew when he was coming. When he got here he was very professional-- but friendly. He did what he knew what to do, put stuff, sprayed stuff .... may sure I got my follow-up appointment before he left. Then the lady that made the follow-up appointment was another nice lady. Such a wonderfull experience-- for a rodent problem!! I am very pleased with Orkin."
