The gentleman I spoke with at my initial contact was very helpful and offered me several options for appointments. He was willing to come out same day or the next day. I called back on the same phone number-within three minutes- and asked if I could have a same day appointment. I was transferred multiple times and eventually reached a local office. The woman advised me she would have to check schedules before making a change to my appointment. I told her I understood but I was going to continue to contact companies to see if I can get someone to come sooner because quite frankly, I was a little freaked out about hearing the racket in my wall.
