"We had a horrible infestation of palmetto bugs when we moved into our home. Once we got Orkin for the pest control, we had no more issues with bugs and have not had to call them out in betweent he quarterly treatments. The other pest company treatment did not seem to work as well as Orkin's treatment.We looked into adding a termite bond through Orkin through our home and unfortunately the rate was not competitive. So we may leave Orkin if the new termite company we select offers competitive pest control to Orkin. We recommend and are reviewing only the Pest Control portion of Orkin's service and not the Termite treatment."
