"I called Orkin about a serous ant problem I woke up to this morning. They were able to schedule someone to come out that day, unlike another pest control company whose name ends with X. The technician was very thorough and discovered how the ants were getting inside. He also treated the kitchen where I discovered the problem . They will also treat your entire house if you request it but 95% of the problem is outside. They are reasonably priced. They will schedule you every 2 months for follow up treatments at a reduced price but if you only want a one-time treatment you have to tell the technician at the time of service. I chose to have one follow up treatment and after that every 2 months I will have the option of another treatment or the choice to refuse."

"The whole neighborhood has this problem. We did not get them from Angie's List. We signed up for a package. They came out three or four times during the year. They are great. I don't know about any competitors' prices, but theirs seem to be standard with others that I have talked to. I don't think there's anything outrageous about their pricing. They are right on top of things and make sure that they take care of us. I would absolutely use them again. They would actually be my first call."
