Eliminate Pests in Longs, SC

"I sure hope everything was treated properly. We are not living in the home yet and we're not there when it was treated. I received a call from the rep a while ago and tried calling him back many times on cell phone and office phone both but the email boxes were full on both numbers and I could not leave a message. I texted the cell number and got no response. If they needed access inside the house, I was not there to give it but we have a contractor key on the door. All it would have taken was a return phone call. I am adding to this review and editing the stars because after I posted the review above, I received a prompt and courteous call from the office, which was appreciated. They recommended to call the main office number instead of the technician's number(s). I will do that next time, but still think that is kind of odd, since it was the tech that called me in the first place. Anyway, all is well and they treated and baited the external bait stations. I also appreciated the automated text that notified me of their pending arrival and progress."

"They found a juvenile copperhead in a glue trap during inspection. That is the 3rd snake they have caught in a glue trap. I'm petrified of any snake, so very grateful. I had used our enclosed patio for the past several bdays entertaining guests & never saw it. But so very grateful they found it."
