Eliminate Pests in Bristol, TN

• "I have a rodent problem in crawlspace wall and attic. At night is sounds like they are eating holes through the floor in various places through the house. It's very disturbing. I'm very happy with the speed of the Orkin response. I contracted for a year service plan that they said would mitigate the problem. They told me over the phone that they would not use bait that could leave animals dead under the floor or in walls. 2 very professional men arrived at the appointment. They were clean, considerate, and careful to avoid tracking anything into my house. The tech arrived the next day to perform the 1st treatment and set a bait station. They did an inspection and said they were using bait and there were much higher additional charges for trapping and crawlspace cleanup prevention. I may have selected a different pest control company if I knew that information 1st. They talked me into signing a contract before reversing the bait statement and describing additional charges. I will give it some time to see if it corrects the problem before thinking about cancellation. UPDATE: It's 4 days since the bait station was placed. I heard the rats that night, and briefly the next night. There haven't been any sounds for the past 2 days. I'm hoping it's a good sign and the rats are being controlled. I've increased the rating to 4 stars. I will update again as time passes. UPDATE: It's been a week since Rob installed the rodent bait under the house. Within 2 days the sounds stopped. I haven't heard them since. I've updated the review to 5 stars since the treatment appears to have worked."
