That "Free Estimate" is done over the phone, which is them just reading off a script and providing a price + tax, per program. Would be better for them to list it all on line and provided the phone number to the local agent that actually does the inspection and provides the contract. The local agent was great, straight talk about options and expectations. Out of the three bids; one treated 2x each year, the second treated the first then second an every 3 months thereafter, Orkin treats the first then second and every 2 months thereafter. The first was immediately dismissed, the Orkin and competitor provided the same control measures except the frequency (3 or 2 month periods), and they billed completely differently, which made things confusing. I chose Orkin because of frequent treatments (cost more up front) and in the long run ends up a bit cheaper. Bonus, they treat several other properties in our comunity. The local inspector made the difference in my decision. Good communication and service with a solid program is what I was looking for. Got it."
