They sent professionals over. Polite, clean, friendly, efficient, and above all through. While anticipating doing the job in one day, it became necessary to open the ceiling in one area. So they came back (no small thing - I live 40 miles from their office) in a couple of days after I had arranged to open the sheetrock exposing the attic in this additional area, and finished the job at no extra expense, I might add. Great job. Recommend most highly. Thank you, Orkin! PS I asked if they would add to the contract a return "no charge" visit in 6 months just to be sure there were no bats, and they kindly agreed.
