They are very hard-working people, and even the girls who answer the phone and customer service are so friendly and helpful and understanding. Yes, they are worth the price you have to pay because they are not giving up untileverything is cleared. It was very hard for us to have to throw out all of our living room, furniture and bedroom set and some other furniture we had upstairs because not everybody has a bank account with lots of money to do this. We are moving forward with the help of all the Orkin guys and especially Rob Lee. Whoever hired these guys did a great job on making Nick the regional manager and Rob the branch manager. I just can’t say enough about them and I did want to reach out to the CEO of Orkin but nobody seems to have that contact info so I hope that they see this and do something for Rob and Nick. I suggest if you ever have any kind of bug issue that you do call Orkin because I know from experience that they 1000% stay behind you until the issue is controlled."
