• "The first thing they do is schedule for the monthly visit and then they show up at the end of the month unexpected or call really late the night before. It’s a little annoying because if we schedule in advance they can come inside as well. They also got these termites thing and they were supposed to come every 6 months to check on it but we have to call them and ask them to come out. They have only done it once in the last 2 years. They are not very responsive and their follow up is not great. A couple of times when they said they were going to come at such and such a time, they were running late or something. Those are the big things."
