It’s a little annoying because if we schedule in advance they can come inside as well. They also got these termites thing and they were supposed to come every 6 months to check on it but we have to call them and ask them to come out. They have only done it once in the last 2 years. They are not very responsive and their follow up is not great. A couple of times when they said they were going to come at such and such a time, they were running late or something. Those are the big things."
