"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Demorris Knox on April 7, 2025 when he came to do a termite inspection at my home. I had made an appointment for the Termite inspection, and the inspector who told me he was coming, did not show up. Mr. Knox did. He was professional and attentive to my concerns. He not only completed my ( inside and crawlspace) inspection, but checked the termite bait stations. Unfortunately, when I made my appointment and asked for the inspections, it was not for the bait stations. I guess that was my fault, although, that was what I was expecting. After taking pictures of the activity, he assured me that he would write up his findings and give them to the Branch Manager for a complete followup. Unfortunately, for me, Mr. Knox works out of the Little Rock, AR Orkin office. He was in my area of Brighton, TN to help out the Memphis, TN office.
