Eliminate Pests in Bartonville, IL

"They haven't solved my problem but it wasn't from the lack of not trying. I don't know if they guarantee they will kill my bugs or not. The guy is really nice when he comes out but the problem hasn't been solved. He is a friendly guy and seems like he knows what he is doing but the problem is still there. I really didn't shop around for pricing. They were quite responsive and pretty professional. I don't know if I would recommend them. Depending on how they handle my current problems will decide if I will continue using them."

"Our Orkin Professional was wonderful. He came out last week and set traps where he thought we would have the most success. He came back this week and checked the traps and he was correct. We have seen such an improvement in just a week. He was so professional and proficient. He understood that we have dogs and was wonderful around their needs. Such a good experience all around. Update: Fernando is amazing! I posted this review after his first visit. I was blown away. Now he has been our Orkin rep for a few months now and I have never been disappointed in any way! Every visit Fernando makes it his mission to go above and beyond the call of duty. He will answer every question or concern I have without pause. He goes out of his way to make sure that our home is cared for. Our original reason for contacting Orkin was for mice. Since our first service, Fernando has helped with mosquitos, ants, wasps, and spiders. While helping address each issue, Fernando makes sure to point out what I can do to help cut down on the traffic we are having or how to keep the pests gone for good. I have had other pest control companies in the past and I’ve never had service that is so consistent and thorough. If I could give a 10 start review. I would! ⭐️⭐️"

"They were fine. The first was not so good so I had to have a second guy come back again and it cost me another $1200 bucks. I threw away all my beds and stuff that were brand new just because I don?t want to take chances. The first guy bragged about himself a lot, how great he was with his region. Then a friend of mine called the guy who always comes to his house, so the second guy did a really good job and was thorough. But since it was within the time limit, I didn?t have to pay again."
