I spotted fresh evidence of active termite activity about a month later, and Brooke helped me schedule a return appointment by technician Ruben. He is so calm, focused and personable! I am usually anxious when a worker is on my property, but these two were BOTH exceptions! Ruben took care of retreatment, thanked me for letting them know to come back out, and reminded me to never hesitate to call. I like this company!"
