His recently promoted boss, Pablo, was my previous technician before I left, and he was outstanding as well. This indicates to me a well-run operation whereby the right attitude, knowledge, and expertise is being passed down from management to the field technicians as personnel moves upward in the organization. I am usually anxious when a worker is on my property, but these two were BOTH exceptions! Ruben took care of retreatment, thanked me for letting them know to come back out, and reminded me to never hesitate to call. I like this company!"
