• "appreciated the work the Orkin people do at our home. But I am concerned about the number of workers that have cycled through. There have been at least 6 or 7 different people (in 5 years) who have gone through my house, which makes me question their vetting system, and just the business in general. The last person who worked here said some very disturbing things in the course of the visit, as well as only spending a total of about 5 min. inside the house- not near enough time to do the job. But then she seemed to be looking for things to keep me talking, or inventing possibl problems (bed bugs) and coming back into the house. I actually felt a little trapped. I requested a different person to come, and not to have her here again. The man who came today was very professional and attentive, Son i appreciate that. But he said he is the starter? I think? And he is the one who usually does initial visits and a different person picks up the month-to-month visits. We need the service, so as long as I see that it is working and that I continue getting this good service, we will continue to employ them!"
