• "This is a bitter sweet review. My family and I have been with this company for many years and I remember Sarah being my technician for the last five years. She is phenomenal and words cannot explain how passionate she is about her job. She has made herself available to treat my home whenever I needed. Over the years, things have come up and she still has been available for me. I really appreciate her and the dedication to service. The termite service is excellent as well but this review is not about that. From my understanding, Orkin has a high turnover with employees and I am not comfortable with changing technicians every few months. This due to the current climate we live in—safety is paramount for me. I have learned she is being promoted and I am very happy for her. However because she is not going to be in the field any longer, I am going to have to “cut” ties with Orkin. I am thankful for the time I was able to have this company on my side and I wish nothing but the best for you Sarah. Congratulations to you!!!!!"
