• "Wonderful timely experience and communication with the gentleman who initially came to provide an assessment and recommendation. Very informative, educated and timely. He laid out a quote and plan and it was reasonable. He provided a timeline for the treatment/repairs etc and it was all very appropriate and prompt After that things were less ideal, no one came to treat on the day they were supposed and those to do the structural work arrived early (not a problem). They worked briefly and said they would arrive the next day (Saturday- very impressed able to work on weekends) They did not arrive however, and I was unable to reach the main office to talk to someone. I attempted multiple times and left messages. Ultimately I texted the original consultant on his cell as I had to pick up my child and resume my responsibilities and couldn’t keep waiting. He graciously helped me on his day off and found out the team wouldn’t be coming again until Monday. The team did arrive on Monday, but they never provided the actual pesticide treatment I signed a contract for, and would not have completed all components of the more structural contract if we hadn’t closely monitored the situation Fortunately our initial point of contact was amazing, but communication overall was very poor and they actively tried to do less than we had agreed upon on the contract"
