I had previously paid $650.00 for a Borate treatment that was supposed to kill and prevent any further termites, and I wanted to see if they would re-treat with the Borate at no additional charge. No supervisor ever called or came to our house. I called again in August 2012 and the same inspector came to the house. I told him no supervisor ever came to talk to us. He ensured me he would make sure I was contacted. It is now November 2012 and still no supervisor has contacted us."
