In the past year with my husband's terminal illness there were many re-schedules and postponements...both men were unfailingly kind and accomodating about changing their schedule. I recommend Orkin highly. They are a very professional company. When I have reason to call their office Denise is always so nice and genuinely helpful. Living in South Florida can have its challenges with the insect population. That's one thing I don't worry about with Orkin."

I love the updated technology with texting and setting up "windows" for service but the generated text is not specific. It states to only reply to message if you need to move to a different date/time. Its states nothing to reply to this message to confirm. I recently spoke to an individual to set up the appointment which I needed to make for the following week and received no reminder or even call to say the tech was on his way. Again, I love that the scheduling has moved to a new modern way but it needs to be more specific. Our new tech is great and always thorough with the services that he provides once on site."
