"ther unimpressed with the scheduling since our previous technician retired. Our previous tech would call and schedule something for the next day. I love the updated technology with texting and setting up "windows" for service but the generated text is not specific. It states to only reply to message if you need to move to a different date/time. Its states nothing to reply to this message to confirm. I recently spoke to an individual to set up the appointment which I needed to make for the following week and received no reminder or even call to say the tech was on his way. Again, I love that the scheduling has moved to a new modern way but it needs to be more specific. Our new tech is great and always thorough with the services that he provides once on site."
