"e the service we get from Orkin. We’ve been using them for years now and are very happy. Tyler is our service guy and he’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable. What I love is that when you’re on their quarterly service schedule, you can call anytime an issue comes up between your regular service dates and they come out to deal with it free of charge. Tyler is super responsive and always gets to me in 24 hours or less whenever I call. He never makes me feel silly for the questions I ask or amount of times I call on occasion. Highly recommend the Orkin here in Des Moines, especially Tyler! He’s the best."

"Patrick was professional, good communication, understanding that I had another issue I was dealing with when he arrived regarding another matter. He answered my questions and explained his inspection observations. It was a followup inspection so no charge. He made suggestions but was not pushy as it relates to sale of those services. Trustworthy."
