"y comment due to the treatment I just got. The service manager stopped by to complete the inside of my place. He definatly know about customer service and made sure I was happy with the service. He also explained about how the company was changing how they schedule appointments. My opinion is definitely changing for the better."

"Orkin has been very attentive to our needs. We have clover mites in our house and those are very hard to get under control. The first time they visited, they did a full interior and exterior inspection and sprayed around the interior of our windows and doors. What they used helped a little, but clover mites are tough. Orkin came back with warmer weather to spray our windows and doors again. This time they sprayed outside also. This will not be an easy bug to get rid of, but Orkin is doing what they can to help. I give them a high rating because they have good servcie. I pay them monthly for them to come out throughout the year, so I am optimistic that we will eventually get these critters under control, while killing various other potention critter invasions as well."

"Tyler was right on time. I appreciated that he put on shoe covers. I was working on a project but he worked around my crowded floors both upstairs and downstairs. He had great knowledge: It was starting to rain, I asked if he could still do the outside. He explained he could only do just around the house because the ground was covered. Tyler did a Great job!!"
