Original call was scheduled for 10/2 and the rep was a no-show and we never got a call from the office...sat all day for nothing. The service was re-scheduled for 10/10. When I called the office at noon yesterday to verify that service would be done, I was informed that no one was coming! Had I not called myself, we would have once again sat all day waiting. The girl in the office said our service call was now TENTATIVELY set for 10/22. After some harsh discussion on my part, they got someone out here today. I even was given a 2- hour window. The rep (Clifford) was actually early and knew his stuff. He did a great job for us. Clifford gets 5 stars. Now if Orkin could get some office help and a few more service techs, everything would be much better. I don't want to fight for service!"
