He explained he was covering for our regular technician and we would be taking care of. Honestly after seeing how fast and efficient he was at work we felt in good hands. "Our Orkin guy has the biggest balls ever, my building that I work at in Burlington Mass had these huge flying wasps, they were 3 inches long, big scary things. He came in the office and we showed him out the window where they are, he cooly said "no problem" went outside with a can of something, walked right over to where they are flying, sprayed them, smacked one with the can and then stepped on it and then walked over and stepped on the other 2. It was like a movie, he was our action hero, he looks like a bad ass biker and because no one would even get close to them and he just went in and bam bam bam, problem solved.
