I explained to him I am highly allergic to them and he reassured that he would take care of the issue. "Our Orkin guy has the biggest balls ever, my building that I work at in Burlington Mass had these huge flying wasps, they were 3 inches long, big scary things. He came in the office and we showed him out the window where they are, he cooly said "no problem" went outside with a can of something, walked right over to where they are flying, sprayed them, smacked one with the can and then stepped on it and then walked over and stepped on the other 2. It was like a movie, he was our action hero, he looks like a bad ass biker and because no one would even get close to them and he just went in and bam bam bam, problem solved. I don't know his name, I thought I heard Scott, but he is known as The Terminator"

He explained he was covering for our regular technician and we would be taking care of. Honestly after seeing how fast and efficient he was at work we felt in good hands. He answered all of my questions and he was knowledgeable of everything he was doing. I had ants in my home and I didn't know it until he caught it.
