Woke up to the smell of decomp over the holiday. I called them first thing the very next business day, and they had someone out to the house within a half hour. 20 minutes later, five dead mice found and removed. Never had mice inside the house EVER, so the tech walked around and pointed out a couple of places that they could have gotten in and helped me seal them up. It's reasons like these that I haven't used anyone else. After so long, they know me, they know my house, and I know that I can depend on them."

"I have an issue with Moths. I paid $350 for the size of the house and it was just my stairs and landing that got sprayed. I was told it would be the whole house. There was no need to do whole house but I paid for it. The technician that came out was very nice. They reluctantly refunded me $100 but it took almost a week for someone to get back to me. I was overcharged for such a small job"
