• "This is my first time ever using a pest service, but unfortunately, I found myself dealing with German roaches in my new home even though I sprayed with the highest grade stuff you can buy on Amazon / purchased the gel baits which neither worked. I contacted Orkin using the website to schedule myself an appointment. The website was very user friendly and I liked that it was clear on pricing options for different plans/services. Signing up and scheduling through the website was also easy, and they had availability within my preferred time frame. The Orkin representative that came, Noah, has made my experience the best you could ask for. He not only makes you feel like you are talking to a friend, but he knows his stuff- answers any question you can possibly have, and I have a lot. Noah is a 5 star Orkin representative. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of subsequent appointment booking procedures. Currently, an email/text is sent informing you a few days in advance that you will be notified and the only way to reschedule is to call during business hours. The problem is I also work during those same business hour and the window of opportunity to reschedule is small. Leaving a voicemail on the after hours line is not an option. Ideally, I would like to be able to reschedule online or have a set preferred hours/days for appointments. Other than that, I’ve been extremely happy with my service from Orkin and can not rave enough about Noah."
