Not only is the flea issue not taken care of, I have been calling them every day for the last week to try to schedule the free touch up I was promised. I keep getting told different (untrue) things by them. The first sales rep told me they guaranteed the fleas would be gone after the first treatment. I was told later this was not true and she never should have said that. Okay so that was a sales tactic to get my money. That person then told me that I couldn’t schedule a touch up for 5-7 days after treatment. Okay, also not what I was told (I was originally told i could schedule it immediately after my first treatment if I saw a single flea). Okay fine, I’ll wait 5 days. I just got off the phone with them to schedule after 5-7 days and was told “No, for fleas we have to wait at least 14 days before a second treatment.” After a week of calling them and going straight to voicemail, and never getting a call back, I asked for my money back. Their response: “We will get a manager to call you.” I have heard that from them all week and have yet to receive a call from anyone. This company is disjointed and the people answering their phones either have no idea what they are talking about, or will lie to you to get your money. Either way, I would trust this company to step foot in my house again. Go with an actual local company that cares and save yourself some time. UPDATE: The manager reached out to me shortly after posting this. He apologized and told me it is 5-7 days, and had no idea why I was told otherwise. He scheduled me for a follow up which was promptly completed. A week later, I’m still seeing some fleas but far fewer than before. Hopefully they will continue to die out. It still doesn’t change the fact that 50% of the people I have talked with at this company were confidently incorrect about very important safety issues/follow up appt rules. Clearly there’s something kissing in such a big company. Moved from 1 to 3 stars."
