• "The first time they came and sprayed inside and outside. I had a horrible problem with ants and spiders. The first time the treatment lasted 2 weeks and I called and asked for a re-spray so that they did not get out of control again. They sent a little boy of about 18-19 and he said 3 times--- You want me to spray again??? I said yes...... He didn't... He went to the van and got some ant bait and slung a little out in 2-3 places and he did go into the house and spray. I have had no trouble inside the house since the spraying but the outside is almost back to square one. I have wasted my money and both of our times. I have made 3 calls to the company to ask them to either respray or refund the money they charged for the second spraying that was not suppose to be charged yet. They said if they had to come out in between the monthly spray appointment times it's suppose to be at no charge. They do not seem to have time to call me back. I will go to the BBB next because I can take the statement, I am sorry but your ant problem is bigger than we can handle or we will keep coming until we get it under control but to be promised a call and get no call makes me very angry. They always say that they will have the manager call but he doesn't. I expected more from a well known company but I feel totally cheated and ignored......All they would have to do to make me happy is to do the job as promised and at least return my phone calls....UGH"

• "They came on time and were quick and efficient. I have not seen any live ants inside the house or spiders since. I had lots of spiders before as we live in the country.. I would see them on the ceiling and in my sink on the walls. Ants were all over even inside the house and I explained to them that I had become severely allergic to them and already spent over 100.00 that day at the Dr.'s. They did an awesome job. There were cheaper companies but I have learned that you get what you pay for.. I have a written guarantee that if they don't get rid of the ants I get my money back and as I see it right now that will not be needed..."
