"First session went well. My technician was knowledgeable about the product and service, he answered all my questions and I saw results almost immediately. Very satisfied thus far and hopefully that continues. Just want him to be mindful of the use of loud music when waiting outside. Otherwise the actual service was good. UPDATE FOR second session. A bit disappointed with the results of the second session thus far. Technician was great however the problem seemed to have returned which is unfortunate. The first session was great results, second session not so much."

I would still rate them an A because I have not seen any termites so far. They were good overall. I will use them again in the future if needed."
