He arrived on schedule and finished the job in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain what he was doing throughout the process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I would have liked a bit more information on long-term prevention, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Orkin again.
