He is very knowledgeable and polite. He is not pushy and he tells you what you need to know. The thought of having termites is just horrendous. They were doing a very complete job the first year. $188 for a year is like an insurance policy."

"After several calls in July to finally schedule an appointment for mid August the serviceman never showed. Now in October after several more calls to schedule an appointment a tech called to say he was available to come by. Though extremely polite and personable he wasn’t “certified yet “ to change the termite nate’s on my property. Felt like a placate visit for the delays. Plan to schedule a follow up to have the baits changed.Orkin should do better."
