• "Andrej did a great job with the inspection & helping me find ways to take care of the problem in stages, so the remediation wasn’t such a cost hit all at once. I really appreciated his concern and laid-back manner. He conveyed the seriousness of the problem, but never tried to pressure me into doing anything I wasn’t ready to do or couldn’t afford. Skylar came out to do the remediation and was really great. He was knowledgeable & personable. The team definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable & secure, and pointed out the areas they thought the rodents were using regularly to enter my home. He showed me the mesh installed on the inside of my home as well as the sealant used on the outside. I also need to give Brynn, my regular technician a shout-out. He did his best to take care of the problem since day 1 and provided great advice on things to watch out for. He was the one responsible for getting Andrej out for an inspection. Hopefully the rodents have been banished for good! I know that if I do experience another problem, they will fully guarantee their work for a full year. That provides me with peace of mind!"
