They have identified entry points into the house that I subsequently sealed however we were still having persistent problems. They scheduled someone to come and look at the crawl space under the family room to try and identify where the mice might be gaining entry which I really appreciated they then sealed a hole that they had found. Net net is we have stuck with them and things seem to be improving after they sealed the crawl space, but this time of year is the true test so the jury is still out."
