We have been consistently catching 1-2 mice over the course of the 3 months intervals between service. They have identified entry points into the house that I subsequently sealed however we were still having persistent problems. They scheduled someone to come and look at the crawl space under the family room to try and identify where the mice might be gaining entry which I really appreciated they then sealed a hole that they had found. Net net is we have stuck with them and things seem to be improving after they sealed the crawl space, but this time of year is the true test so the jury is still out."

They came for their yearly inspection. Last year it was a$188 and the year before that when they did the initial stuff it was $1500. They are very knowledgeable about termites. They know termites and they know their habits and so forth and so on. They were able to tell quickly that it at one time it had compromised the house and that was before I lived here. They said it was not happening now and that’s the way we want to keep it. The guy who comes out to do my service is John Murray and he would give you his cell phone number and his office number. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He is not pushy and he tells you what you need to know. The thought of having termites is just horrendous.
