Two weeks ago I’ve asked them to call so that they were able to further explain the contract I signed, as I was confused on payment. They took two weeks to even reach back to me AFTER I have already told the extermantor who visited, that I no longer needed an explanation as he was able to help me understand the contract. The lack of communication from admin staff is very offputting and the amount of time they took to reach back to me is very Unprofessional. Very disappointing."
