Eliminate Pests in Kennett Square, PA

"They have been very good. I use them for the inside and outside. They are professional and punctual. I thought that there was a problem because I could see outside from the basement. I thought someone that was doing pest control would be familiar with that area of the house; so I called them to ask them for some help. However, they couldn't get a hold of me on the phone. The next day they actually sent a person out to talk to me. I thought that was really great. They have always been very nice. I use them inside and outside and I don't have the bugs that we used to have. I don't have the amount of bugs that my neighbors do, the bugs that I find are dead or they die soon. For an average visit, I spend $119. I think their price is comparable. The quality of their work is very good. If a company does a good job and their people are nice I would rather pay a little more than cheaper service that is not as good. I would continue to use them in the future."

"Matthew was absolutely and fantastic! Incredibly through in looking for small black ants on my back deck near my cats food area that kept getting infested and now a new spot in my newly renovated kitchen! In a panic I called and Orkin/Matthew came out so fast, not only was he incredibly polite he also took into the consideration of my animals being in the house to and their protection! Now it’s time to wait and follow up with Orkin in 10 days to see if they may need a follow up visit, I appreciate the organization and the effort and efficiency put into this infestation I had been dealing with since 6:45am!"

"The technician is coming back today to finish up. I expected him to be a little bit cheaper. However, they are excellent. The technician was actually sitting in my community, he had just finished up with another customer and I walked over, I said I had a problem. He came right over with me. He came in to my house. I had carpenter ants in my kitchen so he took care of it. He pulled out a little vacuum cleaner and sucked the ones that he killed. I would absolutely recommend him."
