"They were very professional and the estimator was very thorough. He walked both upstairs and downstairs and noticed things which I missed. They also found carpenter ants, entering the house and explained the products they would use, also the treatment method. He seemed extremely informative and knowledgeable. Two weeks after the treatment job, a management person came to follow up on the job and check if everything was fine. They also gave a year's warranty and assured to get back if I found anything again. They were very efficient and did a clean job. The estimator presented himself very neatly and climbed everywhere to check. I was very impressed and will use them in the future."

"They send out the post card before they come out. They do a great job. If they have any issues in between the services they come right out and take care of it. The technicians are always very friendly and accommodating. We also have some problems with ants and mice so they are taking care of both the problems, hence they had to come out a few times but they took care of it."

"They have been very good. I use them for the inside and outside. They are professional and punctual. I thought that there was a problem because I could see outside from the basement. I thought someone that was doing pest control would be familiar with that area of the house; so I called them to ask them for some help. However, they couldn't get a hold of me on the phone. The next day they actually sent a person out to talk to me. I thought that was really great. They have always been very nice. I use them inside and outside and I don't have the bugs that we used to have. I don't have the amount of bugs that my neighbors do, the bugs that I find are dead or they die soon. For an average visit, I spend $119. I think their price is comparable. The quality of their work is very good. If a company does a good job and their people are nice I would rather pay a little more than cheaper service that is not as good. I would continue to use them in the future."
