Luckily a rep was able to come and do inspection. He was very courteous, friendly and answered my questions. He was unable to answer the financial ones and recommended calling the Secretary. When I did she got snippy about why we were past the date and hadn't paid. She didn't take the time to ask questions to understand the move prior to rudely telling me what she couldn't do. We did not continue the contract. To be fair the rep that came out was very friendly and the company does good work- as evidenced by the time that had passed since the last treatment. To my husband and I though, customer service is a high priority and the secretary's attitude and treatment tipped the scales negatively. If she had been as helpful as the rep, this would have been an A-B review."
