Next year if any follow-up treatments are required, it will be for a smaller annual fee that is very reasonable."

During the process they alerted us immediately of HVAC hosing that was contaminating the house and urged us to call an HVAC company immediately. They also discovered a loose joist when prepping our crawlspace. We would never have known about either. Finally, Orkin treated the house for Termites and carpenter ants and took photos of the issues to help us decide how best to proceed. Thanks to the folks at Chattanooga Orkin (Preston, Mike, Josh, Austin, Matt and Chris) our house is on its way to becoming a home. These folks worked tirelessly to complete all these jobs in just a few days (our place was an unusually challenging case).
